01.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Baglamukhi Hawan (the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
02.Nature of Services
Baglamukhi Hawan provides spiritual services including puja booking, Havan coordination, Vedic consultations, and related activities performed by Acharya Tiwari Chetan Guru at Maa Baglamukhi Siddha Peeth, Nalkheda. These services are of a spiritual and religious nature and are provided in good faith.
03.No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
While we perform authentic Vedic rituals with full dedication and adherence to ancient protocols, we cannot guarantee specific worldly outcomes (such as winning a court case, financial recovery, or medical cures). Spiritual interventions work according to cosmic law and individual karma. Results typically manifest within 11 to 41 days as per Vedic understanding.
04.Eligibility and Consent
By using our services, you confirm that you are of legal age and that the information you provide (name, Gotra, problem description) is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Providing false information may affect the efficacy of the ritual and is your sole responsibility.
05.Payment and Dakshina
Dakshina (fees) for rituals are communicated transparently after consultation. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and major payment platforms. All fees are non-refundable once the Sankalp (ritual vow) has been taken, as ritual preparations and Samagri are arranged specifically for you. Rescheduling requests must be made before the Sankalp.
06.Prohibited Uses
You may not use our services for any purpose that is illegal, harmful, or contrary to Dharma. We strictly refuse to perform rituals intended to unjustly harm innocent persons, conduct revenge magic, or engage in any form of Adharmic (unethical) activity. Misrepresentation of your situation to obtain such services may result in permanent refusal of future services.
07.Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, blog articles, and design — is the property of Baglamukhi Hawan and Acharya Tiwari Chetan Guru. Unauthorized reproduction or use of any content without written permission is prohibited.
08.Limitation of Liability
Baglamukhi Hawan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
09.Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.
