2. Service Description

Mahakal Seva provides assistance in booking Pujas, Bhasma Aarti, and other sacred rituals at the Mahakaleshwar Temple and other Jyotirlingas. We act as a facilitator between the devotees and the temple authorities/pandits.

3. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and temple regulations.
• Payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
• Confirmation of booking will be sent via email or SMS once payment is verified.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Refund policies vary depending on the specific service booked. Generally, cancellations made 48 hours prior to the ritual may be eligible for a partial refund. Please contact support for specific cases.

5. Code of Conduct

Devotees are expected to follow the traditional dress code and temple rules during any ritual. Mahakal Seva is not responsible for any denial of entry by temple authorities due to non-compliance with rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mahakal Seva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
